 Real estate has always been Ben's passion, driving him to delve deep into the intricacies of building codes, mortgages, refinancing, and various other crucial aspects of the field. From an early age, he was drawn to the dynamics of property ownership, investment opportunities, and ever-evolving market trends. This fervent interest has propelled him to continuously expand his knowledge and expertise in real estate, enabling him to provide invaluable insights and guidance to those navigating the complexities of property transactions.

Ben's journey began at Benet Academy in Lisle, where he excelled in soccer and football. He continued his academic and athletic pursuits at NIU and North Central College in Naperville, honing his skills both on the field and in the classroom, and graduated with a strong foundation in marketing. Transitioning from the sports arena to the medical field, he became an EMT-B and dedicated nearly seven years to serving at Good Samaritan ER before enlisting in the Army as a combat medic. Now, as a firefighter/paramedic for the Naperville Fire Department, he remains steadfast in his commitment to community service.

Alongside his cherished family—his wife, two daughters, and two dogs—he has made his home in the Yorkville area, embracing the sense of belonging and stability it offers.
